Prism is an AI-powered task management service that:

• Connects to your Gmail account via OAuth 2.0
• Monitors incoming emails for actionable items
• Extracts tasks, deadlines, and reminders using artificial intelligence
• Provides a dashboard to manage and track these tasks
• Sends reminder notifications for important deadlines

The Service is provided "as is" and we make no guarantees about the accuracy or completeness of task extraction.

To use Prism, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old or have parental consent
• Have a valid Gmail account
• Provide accurate and complete information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. We are not liable for any loss or damage from your failure to maintain account security.

You agree NOT to use Prism to:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Transmit malware, viruses, or malicious code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions
• Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code

By connecting your Gmail account, you:

• Grant us read-only access to your Gmail inbox
• Authorize us to receive push notifications for new emails
• Understand we will process email content to extract tasks
• Acknowledge that you can revoke this access at any time through Google Account settings

Important: We only access emails to provide the Service. We do not sell, share, or use your email data for any purpose other than task extraction and management.

Our Property

The Service, including its original content, features, and functionality, is owned by Prism, Inc. and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain all rights to your email content and extracted tasks. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service to you.

Free Tier

Prism currently offers a free tier with basic features. We reserve the right to introduce paid plans in the future with advanced features.

Future Paid Services

If we introduce paid services:

• You will be notified in advance of any charges
• Continued use after the free tier constitutes agreement to pay
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• We reserve the right to change prices with 30 days notice

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted or error-free
• All tasks will be accurately extracted from emails
• Reminders will always be delivered on time
• The Service will meet your specific requirements
• Any errors or defects will be corrected

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Prism shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill.

Our total liability shall not exceed $100 or the amount you've paid us in the past 12 months, whichever is greater.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Prism, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party rights
• Any content you submit or share through the Service

Your Right to Terminate

You may terminate your account at any time by:

• Deleting your account through the Service
• Revoking Gmail access through Google Account settings
• Contacting us at support@prism.app

Our Right to Terminate

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for:

• Breach of these Terms
• Conduct that we believe harms the Service or other users
• Extended periods of inactivity
• Request by law enforcement or court order

Effect of Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We will delete your data within 30 days unless legally required to retain it.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be resolved through:

1. Good faith negotiations between the parties
2. If negotiations fail, binding arbitration in San Francisco, California
3. Small claims court for qualifying disputes

You waive your right to jury trial and class action lawsuits.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
